Target Audience
This activity is designed specifically for community oncologists/hematologists, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team who serve patients from rural and underserved areas.
Program Overview
In recent years, the multiple myeloma landscape has evolved rapidly with numerous advances in research and treatment. Despite ongoing developments, rural and underserved communities face disparities in multiple myeloma care due to specialist shortages, long travel distances, and limited resources. Therefore, disseminating the latest information to community oncology clinicians is vital in ensuring access to equitable care. In this on-demand CME/CE activity, experts will share key data on multiple myeloma management in the first-line and relapsed/refractory settings from recent American Society of Hematology (ASH) and European Hematology Association (EHA) meetings. Insights on how the findings will impact community practice and strategies to improve multiple myeloma management in rural and underserved areas will also be discussed.
The content for this enduring activity was recorded during a live webinar on January 11, 2025.
