Target Audience
This activity is designed specifically for oncologists, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team who serve patients from rural and underserved communities.
Program Overview
Rapid advances in breast cancer treatment have ensued in recent years based on findings from a vast array of clinical trials evaluating novel therapeutic agents and strategies. However, oncology clinicians who care for patients from rural and underserved communities may experience delays in learning about these advancements due to limited resources and time. Therefore, disseminating the latest information is crucial to improve patient outcomes and overcome disparities in care that persist in this setting. In this on-demand CME/CE activity, experts will share key data on breast cancer management in the early and metastatic settings from the recent 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting in Chicago, Illinois. Insights on how the findings will impact community practice and strategies to improve breast cancer management in rural and underserved areas will also be discussed.
This enduring activity is a recorded session from Oncology Congress that took place on June 14, 2025.
